We currently accept Visa & Mastercard credit and debit cards.

We are committed to getting your order processed and dispatched as soon as possible. Soon after your order is placed, it immediately goes into the fulfilment process and you may not be able to cancel or adjust the order. Please contact us immediately on our contact form and we will attempt to intercept it. If we are unable to intercept it, you may return unworn products within 14 days from receipt of goods using the return instructions enclosed within your order.

When you sign up, you will shortly receive an e-mail with your welcome code (please allow 20 minutes for the email to reach your inbox). When you reach checkout, enter the code into the Discount field and click Apply. Please note that discount codes are not valid in conjunction with any other offers. All discount codes are provided by us, we do not use third parties. If you still have any issues, please contact help@fentokneeprotection.co.uk and we will be happy to assist.

We do not currently offer exchanges for items you wish to return for a different item or size. If you wish to order a different pair or change the size of your product, we advise that you return the item to us and place an additional order to avoid delay and disappointment. Once we receive your return in our warehouse, please allow 2 weeks for a refund to be credited to your account. We do not credit for delivery costs incurred during your purchase.

If you believe the product you received is faulty or if you've received an incorrect item/size, please contact help@fentokneeprotection.co.uk or call 01452 727307 before returning your item as we are unable to credit postage costs so please contact us and we will be happy to assist. Please do not attempt to fix or repair your faulty product as this will invalidate your warranty and we will not be able to take your claim further. For further information on returning a faulty product please refer to our Returns & Exchanges page.

We recommend cleaning them with a wet towel and not to put it in the washing machine.

In case there is too much smell we recommended a hand wash and line dry.
